New · Halcyon 2.0
Your mornings, back.
Halcyon is a calendar that keeps your best hours free. It books meetings around your focus, not into it.
Calendars fill up from the top.
Every invite lands in the first free slot, and the first free slot is usually the hour you meant to think in. Halcyon moves the line.
What it does
Three rules, kept for you.
Focus first
Your deep-work blocks go in before anyone else's meetings, every week.
Smart batching
Calls are grouped into afternoons, so the day isn't cut into twenty-minute scraps.
Polite no
Halcyon suggests a better slot instead of declining, and the other side picks with one tap.
Pick a slot, keep the morning.
When someone asks for your time, Halcyon offers the hours that cost you least. You approve, it books.

A free morning, then another one.
I got my mornings back in a week. I didn't change a single habit; the calendar did.
Questions
Q.01
「Does it replace my calendar?」
No. Halcyon sits on top of Google Calendar or Outlook and only decides where new things go.
Q.02
「What do the people I meet see?」
A short list of times that work for both of you. No new app to install.
Q.03
「Can I override it?」
Always. Drag anything anywhere; Halcyon learns from what you move.
